As someone who has had an awful experience in the past regarding family court, I can tell you whole heartedly you are in the best hands. George and his team worked quickly and efficiently to ensure my child remained safe. Throughout the entire process, George walked me through each step of the way, keeping me posted, and made certain I always felt comfortable. I would give a million stars if I could, impeccable work and would HIGHLY recommend this firm!

When we were served unexpectedly in an emergency situation we were terrified to navigate the court system. A mutual friend recommended this firm and I can’t speak highly enough about them. Mr. Pammer was on vacation and still called me daily to update me and made sure we were represented in court by Mr. Montefusco (who was equally amazing) since he was away! They have dealt with my constant panic emails and phone calls and guided us so well. We always knew what was going on and what to expect. These men are sharks. My husband was concerned because in NY fathers don’t typically see the same results. I’m happy to share we walked out victorious and I can 100% say it was because of our representation. I came to Montefusco and Pammer with a relocation out of state matter. Happily divorced, yet forced into a post litigation. Family court, multiple lawyers just left me exhausted and drained, but George resolved it immediately. Had the most incredible paralegal Michelle. She fought for my kids as they were hers. Michelle also made my Mom and Dad a priority how ever she could. Robert literally saved my case two days before trial. I had a nightmare attorney trying to settle what I thought was an easy win. I finally fired her two days before trial. NOT ONE attorney would even entertain taking my case on in such short notice. Robert answered my call on a Friday at 4PM, met me that night, worked straight through the weekend and DEMOLISHED the other side on Tuesday morning. NINE BUSINESS HOURS from the first call, he walked into court and the entire energy changed. What went from a full on disaster, stealing 7 months of my peace, turned into a complete win in two weeks.
