Personally I had an outstanding bench warrant from a few years ago in the Town of Southampton that came to my attention and after visiting family... i started calling a few local attorneys and came in contact with the wonderful staff of Kenneth Mollin's law office, the issue was swiftly resolved at a reasonable rate and i have to say i am more then satisfied by my legal representation. i would absolutely recommend Tim or Kenneth to anyone in need of a honest lawyer. I was visiting NY for work and didn’t realize the speed on the main hwy into southampton. I learned really fast it wasn’t what i thought it was and got my first speeding ticket. I had no clue what to do- it was a hefty one. I knew i needed to find a traffic Attorney. I reached out to a few on yelp and Kenneth Mullins answered my call right away. Their price was the fairest compared to the others, so i called them back and Spoke with attorney Timothy manning. He made everything extremely easy. They called today with the outcome and i couldn’t be happier. I got lucky and got the best case scenario. I am extremely grateful as this ticket could have haunted me and cost me a lot of money. Now it’s behind me...Lesson learned and i don’t have to suffer the consequences for years to come. I highly recommend them to anyone looking. I hope i never have to call them again...but if i do - i know they will fight for me and do the best they can. :)

I have been working with Mike since 2014 on a couple of different cases and I would say he is the best attorney ever, he is so caring , and takes personal interest in the case he deals with. He is so good with legal law points and drafting hard hitting legal replies that he won for me one of the most complicated international divorce cases with my ex who was good at trying to play all sorts of games. Given the extreme high level of complexity of that case, its my honest opinion that no one could have done a better job for me than him. Mr. Timothy Manning was phenomenal. I got a speeding ticket in 2017 and moved to Florida and forgot to pay it. 3 years later I found out my license was suspended in Florida from New York. Mr. Manning got my case and promptly went to court on my behalf. He got the ticket reduced from speeding to following too closely which greatly reduced the points and summons amount. He kept up with me every step of the way and even went to the court after my case had ended to make sure they received payment. He didn’t have to do that but he did it anyway because he really cared to make sure my record was clean as I’m a trucker and having my license suspended means that I lose my livelihood. I’m so lucky I found an attorney like him. Very professional, dedicated, detailed and I highly recommend him. You won’t be disappointed. I wish I could give him 10 stars because 5 doesn’t do him justice.
