Lee Shelton of The Shelton Law Firm was Absolutely Amazing!!! He was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, making my girlfriend's Gardiner traffic ticket a hassle-free experience. He took care of everything from start to finish, keeping me fully informed throughout the process through both email and phone. She was charged with a stop sign violation. The penalties for this ticket include 3 points on her NY driving record, a $243 fine, and increased exposure to both the NY driver responsibility assessment and a possible increase in her insurance premiums and further more severe penalties, such as license suspension and hefty fines, if she were to receive additional violations. Mr. Shelton went to court for her and called her the same day to let her know he was able to get the ticket dismissed. DISMISSED!!! Meaning NO points, No fines and NOTHING on Her record.
