Lee was a pleasure to work with as he helped my daughter with a ticket

Lee is amazing to work with and works hard for you! He's honest, responsive, and gets results. I found Lee from reviews, and they were all positive! So I'm happy to write one as well, if it makes someone else comfortable using his services! I initially contacted Lee thru his website, and he contacted me back right away. He listened to me and my situation. He was honest with both the hopeful outcome and the worst case scenario. He makes no false guarantees. He doesn't dismiss the gravity of the situation, going to court for you. Just don't wait till the last minute to call him (I called like 3 weeks before, my court date. But it was when I received my notice. You'll have to go get something notarized, for him to represent you. And you may need info from your insurance company. Thank you Lee! I'm very happy I contacted you! I hope I don't need you in the future, but I'm glad I know you now!!!

As a NJ driver facing a 6 point speeding ticket in NY, I actually just thought about pleading guilty and mailing the ticket in to be done with it. I didn't want the stress of a court date and the hassle of finding a lawyer. A little Googling and I found The Shelton Law firm's website. After reading the info there about the consequences of pleading guilty to that ticket, I was convinced that I would be much better off at least reaching out and knowing my options. Lee Shelton answered my call and walked me through what he thought was my best course of action. After hearing him out, I agreed to have him represent me. I was able to complete all my paperwork and send it to him conveniently via email. 2 days later he had already settled the matter and got me a result better than I ever expected! I didn't even need to appear in court, which he said was not always the case, but Lee's familiarity with the system and the people involved, obviously went a long way in my favorable result. Super happy with my decision to go with Shelton law firm. Got a speeding ticket, with over a thousand in fines and 8 points. No only was my fine reduced by a large amount, (more than 80%) but the points went down to 2, (which would not affect my insurance premium). I was ready to pay a hefty fine in place reduced points, but in this case, I got to have my cake and eat it too. Also, really fast with replying to my emails and phone calls. Very happy with the results!

I emailed Mr. Lee Shelton and received a response fairly quickly. He explained the process to me very clearly and within a few weeks I was pleased with the outcome. I received a speeding ticket that would have resulted to 4 points on my driving record, a fine of about $400, and an increase in insurance premiums. He was able to reduce the ticket to a littering violation, a no point violation, which had no impact on my driving record and insurance premiums. I only had to pay a small fine.
