I had my accident in March 2017 and hired Jason Zemsky soon after to represent me. I can't stress enough how he was always there for me to answer questions, calm my concerns, deal with my frustration and melt downs during this long, tedious process over 2 1/2 plus years. He kept me focused on the end game. We have just settled my case and I was awarded an amount that far exceeded my expectations. I cannot thank Jason enough. I will gladly recommended Jason and his firm to anyone needing representation in an injury case.

Very unprofessional demeanor and client empathy is completely lacking. Understanding of the law is pathetically thin. The three letters that perfectly summarizes Jason “Mr. Attorney” Zemsky is: LOL. Notice that most of the fake positive reviews come from newly created accounts that have at most 1-2 reviews. You’d do better representing yourself.

Jason accepted my case, and I didn't hear from him for over a month. I started to call for an update and case and called everyday for 2 weeks. I kept getting blown off and was told he would get back to me. Finally I got a call from someone in his office and said he was no longer interested in the case. He wasted 6 weeks of my time where I could have found someone else.
