Jason took my case when others didn't want to, we ended up having an excellent outcome. I will definitely be recommending Zemsky and Salomon to friends and family. Our relationship started off rocky but I had to listen to Jason and let him work. He definitely did his thing and I am thankful to him and his staff.

After all the lawyers turned my case away Zemsky and Salomon were the only ones to help me. Without them I would have never gotten a settlement on my case. Highly recommend Jason was the best

Thanks a ton you guys! You fought the tough battle and won it for me! Made my life easy and I never felt any need to worry. I'd come back again (but hopefully I won't need to)! "Red Apple" and "Yegor Seleznev" were probably sent from a competing law firm paid to give bad reviews...because Jason ALWAYS responded seconds-minutes after I texted him. NOT ONCE during the duration of our time together did he respond more than 5 minutes after.

This review is based on the negative reviews. In business you can't please everybody. As for this firm based on my experience I will absolutely assure that for anybody that uses this firm they will be 110% represented by extremely highly qualified attorneys who will fight for you right to the end. Even in some cases like mine where most lawyers I consulted with told me there was no case. Jason took my case, and it did take some time and sometimes I got a little impatient however they still kept reassuring me. All I can say is that the outcome has changed my life tremendously and for that I am forever grateful. Just want to say during mediation Mike explained everything that could happen but his confidence was so powerful that he kept me confident and I trusted he would succeed and as for that don't think twice about allowing Zemsky & Salomon to take your case just do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a review based on an honest experience. My husband had a case that him and I wanted an honest, trustworthy law firm but based on the case we had consulted with several other firms we had many say there was no case and we had many arrogant firms that we chose not to go with we came upon Zemsky & Salomon law firm and spoke with Jason, Mike and David they went over the case and gave us the negative and the positives about it. We decided to trust them and every time we called to find out whats going on Jason would let us know where it was at and the difficulties while still reassuring us. It took awhile but at the end we could never have expected the outcome and it was more then we could of ever imagined. We want to thank them sincerely and we highly recommend this firm.
