As overwhelming as it was to find an attorney who not only represented me but also believed in my case, I had to speak and even sign with someone else only to find out I wasn’t happy. I continued calling for my slip and fall, and stumbled upon Zemsky and Solomon firm quickly felt comforted by Jason, and finally felt heard. He told me his professional opinion regarding my case and also gave a thorough layout on steps which were going to take place. And he did EXACTLY that. This firm is very unprofessional. They were extremely pushy to have me sign a retainer over Christmas break. Then, several months later, after some abysmal communications on their end, I found that they never even read any of the documents that I had sent them right after signing the retainer. Luckily, I was able to switch to a different firm. This was my first injury case, and we settled very quickly after I switched away from Zemsky & Salomon P.C. Lesson learned: Don't use a firm that gains clients through 3rd party advertising. It's a coin flip if they can make a free throw, but given the opportunity, they lack the fundamentals and strategy to make a simple layup.

Zemsky & Solomon P.C. law firm know the laws inside and out and they are highly effective. They are incredible attorneys and they present the opposition with a detailed case. In addition, they negotiated a very successful settlement. I highly recommend them.
