I went there with a friend for an ongoing bill problem.
I was greeted in a warm and friendly way.
Also when I had a problem with bringing up money figurs for my debt or aspects of my business background, the legal aid person was very patient and kind with me.😀 She didn't rush me about answering quickly.
She also made sure that I understood their process of how to help me! It was really great.

If I could give this firm zero stars I would they don't care period. They waste your time give you the run around while your drowning. Avoid them at all cost. They have nasty attitudes when you are going through a hard time no compassion at all. Run and get your own attorney if you can afford one instead of this horrible place

I called hoping to get advice but as soon as I answered she hung up. I called back and she answered with an attitude and told me no we don't do that here.
