When I asked my Real Estate Agent who would she recommend, she told me Dennis Wallach. When I asked her why, she said that if she were buying a house, there was no one better. After having Mr. Wallach represent me on my real estate transaction, I can certainly understand why. He was so wonderful, with me every step of the way. He explained everything to me in detail and spent so much time with me. His knowldge about real estate law was outstanding. I sent my Realtor a big thank you note for making such a great recommendation and will always recommend him to my family and friends.

I've hired Mr. Wallach for several personal transactions that include real estate and will peparation and I couldn't be more satisfied. Mr. Wallach is attentive, professional and knows how to work around difficult issues. I've recommended him to several friends and they've also had great service.

Mr. Wallach is a fantastic lawyer. He handled my real estate closing in a very professional manner and was always available whenever I called. He even spoke to me on the weekends. Mr. Wallach was fantastic! I have had several attorneys during my lifetime represent me on several matters and no one...I mean no one..took the time and trouble like he did, to make sure that ever part of my transaction was covered. He even met me at 9:30 in the evening because of my work schedule and gave me his home and cell phone so I could reach him at any time and on any day. He also found several ways to save thousands of dollars. I would recommend him to anyone who ever was looking for a top-notch real estate attorney!!!

Mr. Wallach was not responsive at all and did not represent me very well during my case. I would not recommend him.
