This was my first ever traffic violation, and they were very clear at addressing everything within the situation. They took care of my case phenomenally, what was looking like a very hefty fine and unfortunate situation, was reduced to just 2 pts and a very favorable outcome on my behalf. Professional, friendly, skilled. They took care of a handful of misdemeanors and violations and reduced it to one count/fine, no points on my license. They were very hands on at every step of the way and explained everything to me in court. They made sure I was 100% satisfied. They made a confusing stressful situation transparent and a heck of a lot less stressful. I can't recommend them enough.

Called them 2 hours before they were closing for a court date I had the next day. 4 emails later and everything was ready to go, even with such short notice. The next day they worked their magic, without me even having to show up to court, and reduced my 6 point speeding ticket to a 0 point parking ticket! Also saved me quite a few which was a pleasant surprise! They were quick, professional, and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend.
