Today my boyfriend had court and Gianni was his attorney. He’s been consulting with him for a while in regards to his case and any question he had Gianni was able to answer in depth and fast. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, he was also able to get him a better outcome then expected. Gianni was one of the best lawyers we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. My husband & I were completely lost and didn’t know what to do when he was hit with a criminal charge. We had so many questions and all we knew was that we needed to find a lawyer that was knowledgeable with Nassau County law. When I started the search for a lawyer, Gianni’s law firm came up on google with amazing reviews and each one was so detailed I thought to myself that he sounds too good to be true. We called his office and the same day Gianni took our visit. We spoke to him briefly about the case my husband had (criminal charge that was a felony) and he knew what to do right away. He gave us valuable information and informed us regarding the steps we needed to take. We retained his services on the spot. He is a lawyer that genuinely cares, doesn’t bs you and when he tells you he will represent you in the best manner possible he means it. We moved out of state shortly afterwards but had to keep coming back to court on a monthly basis because Nassau doesn’t do zoom unfortunately. Gianni never failed to keep in contact with us by calling us a few days before our court date to check up on us and to provide updates on our case. Most lawyers have an air of arrogance to them but Gianni is a humble man. He really takes his time to find the best solution to your issues and doesn’t sugar coat anything. He will tell you the worst case scenario but also give you the best case scenario. He truly gave us a peace of mind when we had no idea how to proceed with this case. Today was the final court date and Gianni was able to bring the charge from a Felony in which time could be served to a violation with no time served. We are extremely grateful for his services and for his attention to detail. I would recommend him to any of my colleagues, friends, or family because he is truly the definition of great lawyer.
