I found myself in a pretty complicated immigration situation and I am so glad I came across Poonam. I am a VAWA applicant and I have a son, who needs more medical care, that is available in the USA. Unfortunately there is no help from child's dad and my immigration status set a lot of limits for providing necessary care. I contacted my previous immigration attorney and many others in order to try to submit a request to expedite my VAWA case and everyone said it's completely impossible.
