Closing costs were all spelled out - and she took a ton of time to go out of her way to explain things simply to me - but was never patronizing - always kind. It's hard to find a real estate attorney that's both kind and effective - and she's both of those things. If you need a real estate attorney - she is THE BEST - without a doubt.
