Buying a home is a pretty daunting task. Once we decided on a home, Joe was there on our behalf to see us through the gauntlet of the home buying process. He was able to communicate effectively with all involved parties, but most of all with us, and let us know what would be expected of us along the way. We wouldn't have been able to proceed so confidently without his professional advice and representation.

I have been using Joe for several years and for many transactions. He is highly competent, very caring and always watching out for the well being of his clients.
