Laura Leavy is a very concerned, knowledgeable professional. We have been her clients now for a little less than a year. We are trying to purchase a home here on Long Island. We first started looking at Foreclosures and Short Sales; which is a long process. Nothing really panned out. Now we have found a Beautiful home and Laura is working hard to make sure everything is up to date and straight forward with the sale. She has kept us fully informed throughout the processes. She was in touch with our real estate agent and sellers attorneys as well as our mortgage banker. If she wasn't available for one reason or another, she made sure her partner and assistant were abreast of the situation at all times.
