Mr Hagney represented me in a Court. After giving a sizeable Retainer, Mr. Hagney was calling for more money. He entered into things without me knowing and kept billing me. I had noticed my balance was never decreasing even though I paid. Mr Hagney'. Be careful because your case can be pushed off to an inexperienced Associate, while you pay $450.00 an hour for an experienced Attorney..Sorry but for that fee I want a knowledgable Attorney that communicates with their Client.

James currently represents me in my separation/Divorce and custody matter. He is professional, compassionate, straight forward, smart, and confident. I've worked with other attorneys and was left in debt with little to no results. His assistant Jennifer is wonderful and insightful when James is not available. Absolutely heinous. Did nothing in 2 years but take $18,000. Then he quit--he just didn't tell me. He simply did not answer any calls or do any more work. It is not easy for them to fire you so he made me fire him. Left me with no choice. No conscience, no morals. Go somewhere else or do it yourself. I did better in 6 months on my own than I did in years with a lawyer.
