I had to consult Mr. LoTurco on a most sensitive matter that deeply concerned me regarding a alleged personal assault, being falsely accused. He took this concern of mine and turned it into serious action on his part, completely defusing the situation in a most skillful, sensitive way! Some may say he's as good as it gets, but I would say FAR MORE than that! I recommend him, knowing that if you consult with or hire him you will have the best and most confident attention possible! He saved me from untold grief and anxiety!

I am so grateful to have found the best defense attorney. I was arrested with a charge or endangering the welfare of a minor in a situation of no actual physical contact with said individual . In 2021 I was arrested for an aggravated DWI. I was underage at the time and had an extremely high BAC, and hit two parked cars. I was sure that my consequences would be much greater than they ended up being. Thanks to Mr Loturco, my misdemeanor was brought down to a violation. I had one year interim probation and 70 hours of community service. Once my probation was over, my DWI was wiped from my record completely. In 2021 I faced what looked like a very uncertain situation I never thought I see myself in. I was charged with Class A felonies and during my booking and process, I was referred to John by another good attorney friend of mine. I was charged with leaving the scene of an accident in Suffolk County. During the arrest the young police officer was extremely intimidating , aggressive and threatening. I was only 17 at the time and extremely concerned that I was going to have a criminal record, lose my license, go to jail or have probation. The occupants in the vehicle that I struck falsely claimed that they were seriously injured and filed a lawsuit when it reality it was a minor parking lot accident and I simply panicked and fled the scene.
