I hired Mr. Loturco when I was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor assault earlier this year. I had gotten into a fight at a hockey game with a man and he had decided to press chargers. He sustained injuries and I was facing 3 years probation along with payment of medical bills. Mr. Loturco assured me he would do everything he could to pursue the best possible outcome. After multiple court dates and a long trial, he got me the best possible outcome. I was found not guilty. I found myself in the most difficult situation of my life, and John came to my rescue. He was direct, honest, supportive, and incredibly competent. In September of 2024 I was arrested in NC after living there for 3 years by US Marshals being accused of a shooting that happened in New York in January of the same year. Being ridiculously obvious that I was not the suspect of the case John and his team including his assistant Gina not only poked the largest holes possible through their ridiculous case they obtained all the evidence to prove that I was over 800 miles away when the incident happened. They were very caring and curtious along the way to the point of not being angry at me when I was angry at the state of NY. I was charged with a criminal offense that was totally BS. I was referred to Mr. LoTurco by my mother who had him represent her in another matter. When I tell you that from beginning to end he outlined every which way my case could go and it went exactly how he stated. Hearing the jury repeatedly state “not guilty” provided me complete relief and total vindication. I am so thankful that I hired John LoTurco to defend me from these overzealous DWI charges as he skillfully and artfully demonstrated to the jury that the police officers’ testimony was exaggerated, inconsistent and unworthy of belief.
