Trying to understand while being garnished for a balance of $3700 they take $7400 out of my savings im STILL being garnished and they just went in my account and took DOUBLE I ask why not just take what I owe she said why didn't you pay when we sent you a notice getting the client to pay us one thing being rude and nasty is not

Very unprofessional law firm! Anytime anyone answers the phone they all say, can you hold on for a moment? No one speaks professionally except for the poor receptionist. I asked for the paperwork to set up a monthly payment. I never received it and then I get a big attitude when I call to ask again for them to send it to me. They will not send it to me unless I make a payment for the month I waited for the paperwork! Ridiculous. Obviously, the person I was speaking to could not fully explain why that was so he hung up on me!
