My experience with using Picarello & Saciolo PLLC was nothing short of excellent. Catherine Romano presented herself with such professionalism and knowledge in regards to my legal endeavor. I would I would highly recommend her services to any of my friends or family if they ever needed it. I can not thank her enough for always answering my calls or returning them in a timely fashion, always having an answer for a question that arose and working so hard on successfully helping me win my case.

Losing a job is not easy especially when you know it was done in a way that is unfair or even breaks the law. I made my initial appointment with Scott and he went over every single detail and was honest to take all the information in and will honestly tell you if you have a case and proceed. If he doesn’t think it’s something he can win for you he won’t lie to you. He’s completely honest, no result is guaranteed of course, but if you want to have someone who communicates very thoroughly, will do what’s best for YOU, then you can’t get better than him. He’s not going to entertain a case as an attempt if it’s not in your best interest. At our first appointment I knew I didn’t have to meet another attorney before I finalized my choice. I met with him and knew he would do the right thing for me and he will guide me and most importantly help at a time that is, to say the least, a hard time in your life. But knowing he’s representing you, you can feel you have a guardian standing with you to help. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else to take this over and be in control of holding people accountable on your behalf. You won’t ever wonder if you made the right choice. Almost literally you can take all the details and give them to him and he bears the weight and carries it for you. He’s a lawyer who empathizes with you, directs you, advocates for you and will do the right thing for you. I don’t think I could’ve found anyone else who would’ve been as honest, professional, empathetic, and detail all the steps you are going to take. You can be secure with him that you made the best choice at this horrible time in your life.

Scott is my real-life hero. He saved my career within 24 hours of our first conversation. I am a teacher who was harassed, bullied and retaliated against by school administration for advocating for the rights of my students with disabilities. I hired Brian Picarello for my divorce and he was great. Met with me, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns, got my paperwork in right away and kept in touch with me the whole time. It was really difficult to serve my ex husband, but he got it done. There were no issues and I was so glad when I got the call from him that it was all taken care of. My lawyer Brian Picarello is one of a kind. Let me explain. I didn’t know Brian before I hired him to represent me. I could not be happier with my choice.
