DDSS is a terrific Elder law firm. I have dealt with Lawrence Davidow and Maureen Wynne. They are knowledgeable attorneys who craft the legal packages to your needs. They are patient and pleasant in educating you to the available options and the best course to follow. I, my sister and cousins have used DDSS. All have been completely satisfied. DDSS has been around over 100 years and look to have a long term goal planned. Their offices are convenient and pleasant. They are efficient and timely. Pricing is competitive.

I strongly recommend the work of Jason Colasuonno, who works with Davidow, Davidow, Siegel & Stern. He went out of his way to help me with a recent challenge and did an excellent job resolving the situation.

All good when they got paid to handle my grandparents wills and set up a family trust. However, upon my grandmother’s death last year we found out that they registered the primary residence under trustee’s name with the county, but never added that information into the Trust. It has been a nightmare trying to sell the house, with endless paperwork and additional attorney fees. They don’t return calls and the actual attorneys will not speak to you on the phone. They were paid a lot of money for basically nothing. They have done nothing but lie to attempt to cover up their mistake. Be careful and extremely attentive if you choose to use this firm. They can’t be trusted in my opinion

Gina Bitsimis is a really good lawyer! She helped me get through a very difficult time of my life. I had a complicated estate with many problems and she guided me and made everything much easier. Thanks Gina!!
