Nick was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He didn't try to drag out my divorce unnecessarily, but was pragmatic about getting the best outcome for me without maximizing billable hours. He got me an outcome that was better than I could have ever anticipated and we were able to do it without going through the court system. I'm really grateful for Nick and all of his hard work. Coming from a husband and father who did not want divorce but was left with no other option can with unwavering confidence recommend Nick. Going into this is scarey because it’s the unknown, but in reality it’s only a story, your own personal story and no one really cares. As a man you only hear the horror stories about ending up broke and in a basement with your only source of day light a window the size of a porthole, but in reality it’s about the law. This is where Nick comes in, he is not only understanding and compassionate to the entire family’s needs, he knows the law. Looking back you and you alone allow yourself to become a victim, don’t let it happen twice, you may have picked the wrong spouse, don’t pick the wrong attorney.

Nick was instrumental in the appeal process which overturned the original decision of the Supreme Court and ultimately granted me with residential custody of my two children. Nick’s attention to detail, persistence, patience and determination throughout the legal process always made me feel cared for and tended to particularly during the most trying of court appearances. Having Nick in my corner, working on my behalf restored my faith in the justice system as he walked me through each step of a very long journey explaining to me of every possible outcome along the way. I hired Ms. Jessica Tirino for a real estate transaction. She was punctual with returning all my email inquiries. She went over the contract twice with me, in person and over the phone. She was able to secure us cash reimbursement post closing due to damages done to my new house by Seller. I would definitely hire her for future transactions.
