Great lawyer

Luke got me out of jail at my felony hearing when no other lawyer I know of would have stood up to the judge. Excellent stand up lawyer and isn't afraid to go toe to toe.

I unfortunately had the displeasure of dealing with this lawyer. She was forced upon my family and I while closing with real estate. The level of incompetence to timeliness was unfathomable. I have never in my life been treated with such complete and utter disregard. The paralegal demanded documents(that day), never giving me notice, while expecting me to twist limbs as My wife and I were at work. Virginia never once answered me by phone. The lack of understanding and knowledge of the law and it’s process, in regards to real estate, is pathetic at its best, otherwise I would never type this out.

Randy is the best lawyer in town. He will explain confusing legal matters to whatever degree you desire! He’s also thorough and precise.

I am ecstatic. I found myself in a position I never thought I would and I needed to find a lawyer quickly to navigate legal waters. After speaking with several other local lawyers, some of who tried to scare the pants off me, I talked to Mr. Fenchel who quickly calmed my fears. He walked me calmly through how and why he could get me the optimal result and why every other lawyer should have done the same. Throughout the entire process he was extremely supportive (as was his assistant) and made sure to accomodate my very real and pressing life circumstances during the process. My case was settled quicker then I ever thought and the way he said it could be on our first meeting.
