This man is the worst attorney I've ever met! He lies more than any other. He keeps a case lingering for years and never follows through with what he says! Every time he opens his mouth it's to tell another lie . Don't go to this awful person!

Beware, this attorney has been disciplined for ethics violations by the bar previously. He is a negligent and unethical attorney-

Attorney Urda helped me through a very intense divorce. He was on point, empathetic and got me more time with my kids and money for child support/maintenance than I ever expected. Now my kids and I can live in peace instead of years of poverty and stress.

Mr. Tavelli prepared wills for my family and the experience was excellent. We had unusual circumstances, and Mr. Tavelli gave us great advice and items to consider. He did not rush our decisions; he was simply available to continue when we made our decisions. Whenever I call him with questions or updates to the will, he has advised me quickly; he helped us make some hard choices. Many years ago, Mr. Tavelli also helped us close on a home and everything went smoothly! I am quite appreciative of the work he has done for us.

Do not trust. Also very slow.

Horrible attourney. He doesn't respond to phone calls no calls back when messages are left for him. tells you what you want to hear to keep you from bothering him. Will tell you multiple times that your case is further along than it is. And flat out lie to you that paperwork has been served when the court can verify that it hasn't. 6 months worth of trying to get an uncontested divorce drafted. Filed and served to still be sitting on his desk when you finally have enough and have to retain another attorney to get anything done. Would definitely not recommend this atourney to anyone looking.

Rick Urda did an amazing job when I purchased my home so I hired him again to help me sell a home. He is knowledgeable, efficient and everything you need from a lawyer. I could not recommend him more highly!

We hired Mr. Urda to do a deed transfer of two parcels of land, from parent to children. After months of calls, many unreturned, he stated he was ready for us to come in and sign papers. When we arrived, the papers were not ready. We waited and watched him attempt to fill out the forms that required our signatures. Finally after almost 2 hours we signed the papers, and paid him. Another couple of months go by with several calls. Then he then states he needs us to fill out forms again as they were not filled in correctly. ( not surprising after watching him at the last meeting.) We have to go pick up the forms, take them home for family signatures and return the forms again. Yet another 8 weeks go by and finally we receive the call everything is complete. His office is an disorganized mess. In the 9 months it took him to do this undisputed transaction, we listed, sold and closed on our home using another law firm. I would not recommend his services. The disorganization is apparently extremely inefficient.
