Mr. Friedlander has assisted me in so many life issues - My life would not be as good as it is without him. He has successfully handled a number of issues for me - got them resolved - creating a space, therefore, in which I have had room to move as I have wished. He negotiated my alimony payments and child care payments, revisited the issue at the end high school so that his father had to continue child support - he gives me guidance like a councilor - I couldn't have made it through my adult situations without him! I fell approximately thirty feet onto asphalt when the fire escape steps broke. Mr. Friedlander, after hiring an investigator to evaluate the building and fire escape, managed to have a satisfactory settlement mediated. I have signed a waver saying I will not discuss how satisfactory the amount of the settlement was, however I retain the right to confirm there was a settlement. Afterwords, he help me set up an annuity to manage the settlement. Both Mr. Friedlander and his staff were courteous, professional and helpful throughout the process.

I was the victim of an extremely violent assault while visiting upstate NY. I was recommended to Mr Friedlander and he was more than anxious to take my case. I barely heard from him in the year since my assault and I finally got a letter, not even the decency of a phone call, saying that because the establishment where I was assaulted has no insurance that he's dropping my case. I at 1 year since the event and I don't even know if the statue of limitations for this have expired. Stay as far away from this guy and his firm they are less than professional. In the few interactions I had with them I received documentation for other clients lawsuits. He had a year to establish that there was no insurance that he could go after and did nothing for me what so ever.
