This firm doesn't charge much for real estate transactions, but you get exactly what you pay for. Completely dropped the ball on our first real estate transaction until I went ballistic on a phone call and then they started to act and so, I hired them again for a second transaction, shortly thereafter. For that, they moved things along, but then failed badly on the last day due to horrendous communication (actually a total lack of communication -- when a two minute phone call could have easily solved problems). If you need a lawyer, I suggest you look for another firm.

Guy Krogh, Partner, at the Thaler & Thaler Law firm in Ithaca, New York has been extremely helpful with legal issues over a period of two years regarding a friend who passed away after a long illness. He took the time to speak with my wife and I, both in person, and by telephone as issues arose. He provided excellent advice and service. We strongly recommend him as an expert in his legal field.

Extended out the closing on a property I am purchasing by almost 2 weeks and still couldn't manage to get their paperwork to my attorney's office on time for the closing waited til a week before closing to even get started. If you're looking to purchase or sell a property i wouldnt count on any due diligence on their part

The woman who answers the phone thinks she knows more that the attorney in the office and immediately begins spewing legal advice and refuses to let you speak to a supervisor about her actions.
