I found Attorney Marylyn Orbach online after an outright denial and upon our initial consultation, I was totally convinced. She maintained immense positivity throughout the process despite the complexity of our case. Ms. Marylyn is not just an attorney, more like a friend who constantly gives me hope. We experienced another level of her selflessness on the day of our interview. We were extremely behind the scheduled time due to unforeseen circumstances, but she waited mired than 3hrs for us to arrive. She never got angry but constantly called to check on us till we arrived. Her patience and professionalism was so amazing that someone had tell us how she was speaking on our behalf before we got there. She never gave up on our case even when we got a NOID and thought all hope was lost. She responded and we got approval 3wks after. Overall, she is a very brilliant and fantastic lawyer and I am extremely thankful to her. I will recommend her over and over again.

Ms. Marilyn is an excellent lawyer My mom's case was very difficult. However, Ms. Marilyn was able to win the case for us. Even the judge said that Ms. Marilyn did an amazing job. My family and I have met many lawyers through out the years for our immigration case but truly the team from The Law Offices of Marilyn Orbach-Rosenberg is the best! It's a very busy place, very friendly. Unfortunately, Atty. Rosenberg does not do the case I want. I paid the consultation fee, but she returned it back to me. Thank you, Atty. Rosenberg, I will recommend you if anybody needs a lawyer.

Attorney Orbach- Rosenberg helped me ressurect my case. I had an amazing experience with her after my last lawyer messed it up and the casa was dead. She was able to get my case approved. Follow her advice to the tooth she will guide you and keep you updated throughout the whole process. Shes very sympathetic and everyone in the office is really accomodating and they all work with love and I felt super comfortable the First time I went because I know that they cared and really wanted to help. Attorney Marilyn and her team knows what they are doing when it comes US immigration. We went to her after our petition was denied as we couldn’t submit RFE documents during pandemic multiple time. She and her team appealed the case and had it reopened and approved. On top of everything she will go through your case with you so thoroughly that you your self will gain back the confidence you lost in your case with uscis. Sometimes you may have to wait to see her but remember there are so many clients she’s trying to help just like the way I described. So please be patient and it’s well with it. Plus her fees are reasonable cause before going to her I’ve checked a place or two and it was around the same number. I would give her 7 stars if possible, 5 for the skilled service she has provided and 2 for her awesome personality.
