Mark and Daniel Drucker assisted my wife and I with her immigration case. They were both nothing but professional and the process went as comfortably and smoothly as we could have hoped. Both Mark and Daniel always kept us updated, ensured that we were prepared, and were always willing to answer the many questions we had for them along the way. Fees were discussed up-front and not once was there any mention of changing the agreed upon amount.

Excellent attorney! Debbie is knowledgeable, personable and strategic throughout my consultation. She advised a clear plan for me to proceed, which is also the more affordable option. Going through divorce is painful. But I have no double with Debbie’s knowledge and experiences, along with her amazing wits, confidence and humor, I will eventually go through this process with the best outcome. Update on 12/3/2018: After the initial consultation, Debbie quickly formed an action plan and moved forward with it. Everything went accordingly to her plan (the filings of the papers, the serving of the documents, etc), and they were done timely, effectively and efficiently. More importantly, since she owns the service company, there is almost no worries in terms of how and if the papers can be properly served. Debbie is always responsive during the whole process, and believe me, if you are calling because you are worried about something, she has already covered it. Debbie was also absolutely fantastic in court. The stark contrast between Debbie and the opposing counsel really proves that she is the best in the business.She followed up before the court appearance, literally held your hands during the court, and her connections in Queens goes a long way as well. And on top of that, she doesn't over charge and the fees to acquire her services are more than reasonable and definitely worth every penny. I am really happy that she is on my side, and getting her service is the best decision I have made because I can not imagine how things would turn out without her.

Through her compassion, knowledge and persistence Deborah Fiss saved my sanity and brought closure to the most difficult time in my life. She picked up the pieces from my first attorney's mess and got more done in 2 months than the first attorney in 18. Ms. Fiss built relationships in the Queens court system which is very important when hiring an attorney. She is an outstanding communicator whether email or phone - during nights and weekend alike. She offers "tough love" when necessary but is only steering you in the right direction, she won't tell you just what you want to hear but will be completely honest. I wish I would have hired Debbie from conception. I highly, highly recommend!

If I could recommend Deborah Fiss with 6 stars here, I would. Debbie (as her clients and friends call her) represented me in my divorce, starting in May 2015 and finalized in February 2017. She is a consummate professional in court, knowledgable about the inner workings of the law, polite yet firm with the opposing side, and both empowering and empathetic to her clients. She is beyond a lawyer to her clients: She becomes a friend who genuinely cares about your well-being. She is understanding and will hold your hand through this trying process, as she simultaneously makes you laugh and gives you a high-five with the other one. I was able to negotiate for more than I expected in my final settlement, thanks to her steady and reassuring presence and guidance. Not only do I recommend her legal services, but her spunky personality makes her entertaining as well. I have always walked into legal meetings with some anxiety, but with Debbie, I have always left feeling like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. She is the best!

Deborah was a great lawyer as well as a much-needed ear during my child custody case. She always kept it real and told me things I needed to hear, though usually didn't want to.
