Kareem was my mock trial coach years ago at St. John’s. His reputation preceded him because he was the best advocate in the country. Literally. We all looked up to Kareem. Since law school, Kareem went on to achieve tremendous success as a trial attorney in NYC. But what is most impressive about Kareem is his unwavering commitment to social justice, civil rights, and serving as a voice to his community right in the heart of Queens. His integrity is beyond reproach. I consider him an inspiration to this day.
