Mr Baksh was highly recommended by our bank lender and was described as a "beast." Needless to say, he did not disappoint us. Our closing date was time critical and ofcourse came across some violations issues. He was able to clear those violations in <1 hour and we were able to close on time. We highly recommend Mr Baksh without reservation.

Im afirst time home buyer, I was referred to Mr. Affar by one of my friends. I got a great service from Mr. Affar and his associates! I had to do the closing with some violations without being cleared from Dept. of Building with keeping a more than enough money in escrow account for all violations removal perpose. He did fight with sellers attorney for that escrow amount. Thanks a lot to Mr. Affar...

I am not appreciated for the service, because I have received worst deal during my closing !! I have tried to connect with someone there no response . I would not prefer someone to go there . I have shocked how any business received 4.9 out 5 in google !
