I just finished my closing as a first time homebuyer and let the world know and giving advise don’t compromise with the legal process … the first thing you have to do is find a good lawyer to finish up smoothly. There is no other recommendation Besides Affar Baksh he is best of the best around. I’m glad that I got him. Alhamdullillah for everything.

I am very grateful to Mr. Affarbaks and his team. They did fantabulous job for me. There are many scammers in the society but thankfully I found Attorney Mr. Affarbaks he is very dedicated, honest and reliable. He always look after very carefully his clients and guide in proper direction. His office is a secure got any client who ask for his service. Still there are lots of good to express for him. I sold my home and this was the attorney that represented my buyer. $7500 of my escrow was held and neither me or my attorney has not been able to contact this attorney to release my escrow. When you call the office I’m being told the attorney works remotely and they are working on it. How had is it to respond to a email.

Unbelievable service. An LP popped up hours before closing. He protected me and spent over an hour writing agreements to protect me. If you want to be protected and receive unbelievable service, this is the law firm to come to. I can now sleep in peace.
