Attorney affer Baksh is a really well experienced and very helpful real estate Attorney located at Hillside ave.when I was getting a hard time having our Bank loan through a loan officer he showed us easy way to get it quickly without any hassle. Even at our closing time he got the job done without any delay. We must appreciate his effort provided for purchasing our third house. You may try him having your own house.

He has a very courteous bilingual staff who will do anything and everything possible to make sure you that you are satisfied. They open early and stay late. Just bought my very first house and the closing was on January 9. Mr. Affar Baksh was simply outstanding. He made the closing a piece of cake. You don't need a better real estate lawyer than him. This I can tell from my very personal experience. He is quick, highly skilled and extremely sincere. He will walk you through the closing with a friendly smile on his face and it will be over nicely even before you know it!

I had best experience ever with Mr. Baksh. I always received quick responses from his office. Mr. Baksh has done a great job in closing the deal. He is very professional. I recommend him to everyone, specially to Bengali people those who can't speak or understand english well because has an experienced Bengali translator in his office who can help you with translations.
