After living in a apartment for 24 years, pay absoloutely ridiculous gas and electric bills. It became obvious we were paying for a shared meter. Each time a tenant moved out of the landlords illegal basement apartment the bills would drop drastically. After con Edison came to check out the situation it was confirmed, we were paying for a shared meter (24 years!) The landlord became furious and started retaliating against us. Cut power off to the garage space we had that came with the apartment, with our car inside for 2 months. In his words "now he was paying the bills" that we had been paying for the last 24 years. So greatful to have done our research and have found Mr. JACK GLASSER. AN ABSOLUTE SHARk. Had our car released immediately. He was able to get us what the landlord owed us and some more(cash for keys) thank you Mr. GLASSER! You have truly come up with many options which would work best for my parents!
