I made an appointment Oct 25th to see Mr. Glasser on November 12th. I called the day before to see if I could speak with Mr. Glasser on the phone. I was told he wanted to speak face to face. When I arrived they didn't have an appointment for me apparently and the person I ended speaking with was a secretary that was on lunch break. I went to get advice but was told I had to pay to review my case. In other words what I was told could have been told to me on the phone instead of making me go all the way there. Even though I called the day before and explained my condition. Update I called October 25th and explained my situation and made an appointment. I called on November the 11th to verify my appointment and to try and speak on the phone with you but was told that you rather see people personally. I don't like being called a liar. I didn't say you charged for a consultation. BTW NO ONE would travel 45 minutes on a whim to maybe find someone available. I have a call log and so do you. If you're employees don't want to admit to making a mistake is one thing but calling me a liar because of my review isn't right. You could've easily apologized for the misunderstanding because that's what it was. I called twice. Not a walk-in. I live 45 minutes away from your office.

Mr Glasser is the greatest attorney of this generation. No man can compete with him and his lovely office. The staff is top notch. Kate and Jeyson are the greatest. Lovely people.
