I live outside of NY and had a custody case in Queens Family Court. I had a phone consultation with Claudio and Associates to get advice on how to handle the case. Ms. Claudio was very professional and thorough in answering my questions. She made sure I knew all my rights and options on handling the case with me being in another state. Ms. Claudio took on my case, I was allowed to appear via phone and I was granted visitation with my son. I am very grateful to Ms. Claudio and her staff for all of their help!

I was fighting for full custody of my son.. Me being the father i was feeling discouraged the more we went to court thinking they would automatically side with the mother...
