Great lawfirm!

Am I glad I got ahold of this firm. They handled my case professionally and with compassion. They continue to fight for my rights and get the results that I need. I can't thank them enough. It's not just the lawyers it's also their staff of secretaries. They'll explain to you in simple language what's going on with your case and always have time to talk to you.

Following up is key, so its is important to be your own advocate. Ask questions often to be sure to be well informed. Effective communication is critical to the success of a positive result because it least you know what is going on.

After meeting with Mr. Robinson for an eviction and explaining my situation, he suggested I try handling matters on my own. I explained to him I already had, and would just like to get lawyers involved. He insisted I try and make it work myself. I agreed, paid the consultants fee, and went on my way. After doing what I had already done a second time on his advice, I came back because it did not work. Then he decided we would go through with the eviction but he suggested I type up the eviction and mail it myself because “why pay a couple hundred to have me do it, when you can pay $10 to do it yourself and mail it through the post office?” After I told him I’d rather pay to have him do it so the tenant would take it more seriously, he insisted I do it this other way. I did. Now, after doing so, the 3 months have gone by and the tenant is still not out. Today, I called him to see what the next move was. I left a voicemail with his secretary. About 2 hours later, I receive a call back from the secretary who tells me “Mr. Robinson is not taking any new clients” I say “No, I’ve already met with him and this is something we’ve been discussing for half a year” She responds and says “I know but he says he’s not taking any new clients” I understand with COVID, evictions are a difficult process… however I am frustrated that I paid the consultants fee and have been following this man’s advice for half a year, just to be dropped when it finally comes to him doing the work. Very unprofessional.
