I thought I would thank my divorce lawyer Robert Pollack and everyone there at the firm who helped me so much and so professionally in getting through a very tough time in my life. divorce lawyers don't have good reputation and I was scared at the beginning but I have to say it from the moment I met Robert Pollack I felt so comfortable and so cared for in a genuine humane way that I trusted him to take me through this and he never disappointed me. my case was not simple but he told me we would not go to trial and that we would settle the case in a fair manner which is what we did. my ex-wife and I get along better now I think because my attorney managed the case and treated her with respect which I admired. In other words he did not treat her as the enemy. And I think she respected him which I believe helped get this case settled. Her attorney was frankly, immature and I really think she trusted Mr. Pollack more than her own attorney. In any case, I would recommend his firm in a second to anyone who needs finest lawyer who knows the law and knows how to deal with people and to negotiate. His fees are very fair and he does not nickel and dime you. everyone at his office is a pleasure to deal with by the way and I want to particularly thank Lori as well.

Attorney Rob Pollack or as I used to call him, "Rocky" because he was in the ring, fighting for me all the way from the first round. I am not going to describe my ex wife because it is Easter I want to have nice day but she was impossible to deal with mostly because she refused to get a lawyer and when the pandemic started it only made things worse. Rob Pollack is a FIGHTER; he is relentless and he is smart. He sees the angles and he thinks about the next moves and the possibilities; he knows the law; the Judge respected him and that was clear to me; Rob said to trust him and that this was going to take a while and to hang in there with him and it is finally over and I am free! I consulted with Robert and he took the time to review my case before making a decision whether or not to take my case. He was earnest, sincere, and genuinely concerned. I would like to give my lawyer Mr. Robert Pollack the best review for all the hard and excellent work he did to get me divorced. My husband was very abusive to me for many years and tried being so during the divorce to push me into agreeing to his bad offers. My husband's attorney could not or maybe would not control my husband but Mr. Pollack was able to keep my husband from treating me badly. In the settlement that Mr. Pollack got me I got just about all that I wanted for my children and me and I could not ask for more than that. Also, Mr. Pollack is very smart and knows the law like an expert and also is kindhearted. The people in his office are super nice and also helpful and caring. I think anyone wanting a great divorce lawyer should call Mr. Pollack. You will definitely be happy.

I retained Robert Pollack for my divorce on advice from my friend who is a real estate lawyer. From the beginning I could tell I made the right choice. Rob is an amazing guy. He is well read, articulate and knows not only law inside and out but other things that I see help him understand who you are as a person and not just another client. He worked very hard on my case and my husband's lawyer pretty much did nothing. Even my husband complained to me about his lawyer. But even though my husband and his lawyer were dragging their feet, Rob kept pushing and developing settlement models and giving them to my husband's attorney. Finally, when the agreed to come to Rob's office and sit down with us for a settlement conference, within that 2 hour meeting, the case was pretty much settled, and quite favorably for me. Another thing I liked about him and his firm is how accessible they are and that they respond to calls and emails very fast. The guy is in his office at 5:30 in the morning! He is just unique and a really terrific divorce lawyer.

I should have listened to two friends whose wifes each used Mr. Pollack for their divorce. My friends did NOT reccomend THEIR lawyers! They each recommended Mr. Pollack who represented their wifes! Ok, well that was a strong recommendation, but I stupidly did not listen and found my own attorney who turned out to be a real disappointment. So then I fired my lawyer and got a consult with Mr. P. He was supposed to meet for 30 mins and it turned into two hours and he was totally happy to do this for me. He looked at my file from beginning to end and informed me about things that my old attorney never told me. When the meeting ended I was very impressed, felt totally different about my case (meaning optimistic) and trusted him completely. I asked him to have is secretary draft a retainer and I hired his firm. Best decision I made! Mr. P. rocks! Got into the case in a matter of two days and totally changed the game. I got a very good settlement because of him and he got the case finished in just a few months. Listen to me please..... if you want the best, call Mr. P. I hired the Pollack Law Firm to take over after I fired my first lawyer who did nothing but bill me a lot of $. Rob came and got the job done in a highly professional way and quickly. He was like laser focused on getting things done and done right. The case was over in 2 months after my first lawyer dragged it out for a year and got pretty much nowhere. I am a physician and I say that because I am smart in my practice but very stupid in choosing a husband.
