Great law firm. I was being evicted in the Patchogue Suffolk district court due to my roommate not keeping up with her rent payments. Mr. Schnur worked out a great settlement deal in which rent arrears were waived if I surrendered the premises on the date agreed upon. I am now at my new apartment, where I was given a second change to do the right thing. Thanks for your help and for helping me get a fresh start without debt following me.

We had a Hold Over case that our Landlord pursued just so that he could sell his house.
