I was in heavy litigation trouble i was dealing with a family court battle like not many people could ever go threw my sons rights were in jeopardy being ripped away from him forever. I had some very bad lawyers represent me in my prolonged divorce case. Needless to say I carried much disdain in my heart for divorce lawyers. The opposing lawyer was a lawyer straight from hell. Two family members assisted me in getting Robert Hiltzik on board. Robert was able to move the case to completion and handled a very difficult case. He is a smart and competent attorney who gives sound advice and can handle even the most difficult situations. I would recommend Robert to anyone in need of a good attorney.

I met Mr. Hiltzik when he was a partner with Raoul Felder. When he left the firm, I followed him. I dont know what I would do if I didnt meet Mr. Hiltzik. He is the best divorce attorney I have ever met. His motions are top notch and he thinks outside the box. If he feels its the right thing to do, he will fight for you and turn your case around. In my case, my ex wife alienated the kids against me. Most lawyers didnt know how to deal with this. Mr. Hiltzik fully understands the problem and was there for me not only legally, but emotionally. During this difficult time, it is hard to think clearly. Mr. Hiltzik was available LITERALLY 24 hours a day and held my hand through the process. I feel sorry for anyone getting divorced that doesnt have Mr. Hiltzik as their attorney. I have recommended him to over ten friends and family and every single one of them loved what he did for them. He is very reasonable with his fees and doesnt nickel and dime you to death like my previous attorneys did. If your case needs to go to trial, he will blow the other lawyers away. His preperation is amazing! He studies case law and couldnt be more prepared when he goes to trial. I think he went to trial for me three times and "won"every single time.
