He is manipulative and it seems that he doesn't always have his clients best interests at heart. Be careful, you have being warned.

I hired him to represent me and coax me into buying into a fake enterprise even had a fake stock certificate to buy into Do Not hire him !! He only wants your money!

In my opinion Mark Basile is a grifter and SCUM. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!! You've been warned. He will ask for a retainer and then ask for more money only to quit before the job is done. He has a proven track record of this. I can prove it. In my opinion he also isnt a good person and only cares about money and himself. I highly recommend NOT hiring him as in my opinion he thinks he is a smooth talker, but in my experiences with him he is a liar and only cares about money.

Employment agreements, stock option plans, business plan and financial pro formas. Excellent insight into our market and we are now in the process of raising money.
