Horrible, her daughter is a child abuser and he's defending her. Search her daughter's name and you'll see that poo defenseless kids being beaten by her.

They set our closing date 3 weeks out and the day before our bank called and said they haven't been given anything. We had to call several times and they still didn't have the information ready for the closing. Absolutely unresponsive and unprofessional.

We were steered to Xlander's office by our realtor, and had no prior knowledge of the firm. They were average in their handling of the closing, although the fees were about 30% higher than we have paid in the past. However, when we attempted to have them follow up on post closing issues, it was extremely difficult to get a response from the attorneys -- it took over a month to finally get a second-hand message that they would not help with what is a fairly routine issue. I really cannot recommend this office and suggest you look elsewhere for your real estate needs.

this is the worst experience i have ever had at closing a home. cash deal should be easy, not with xlander. they are non responsive, phone calls and emails go unanswered. we literally had to beg for the closing statement so we could get checks in time. these folks will waste your time. we should have known, we closed 3 other homes with these people, all were frustrating and it has gotten progressively worse.
