I had the most terrible horrible and unprofessional experience with Miss, Claire Gavin, at first I thought she were going to be able to really help me as she had promised but instead left me in the limbo to start all over again a new case, not only she took all my documents information to help me with my court situation, and promise me to get me a voucher as I’m facing eviction with my daughter, and my two year old grandson, but instead she had the audacity to lied saying she settled my case, and that she sent me an Email witch I never received, I called her more than 10 times, left her several messages email her but she never respond back, until I called a month, and half later not knowing what happen with Miss, Gavin so I called the legal aid main line, and spoke to an operator then I told him I was very stressed on not hearing from Miss, Gavin he sent an email to her supervisor that called me within a day of my call to let me know that my case had been settled and closed, when right now I have a brand new case, with no help once again, I’m sure she got paid for doing anything once so ever, and left me and my family in the Streets.

Excellent services Beautiful persons work for this aid Paloma Martinez is one of the best criminal layers. She make you feel like family absolutely wonderful my 10 starts for her God bless her Alex Washington immigration lawyer. She is adorable very effective, very smart work whit you every day, fights in court for you like a tiger she is the number 1 I love her

This organization NEVER answers the phone. Always say call back and when you call back, they NEVER answer and The same message. Very unprofessional.

These attorneys are very efficient. They care alot about cases, especially domestic violence ones. I appreciate their help

The young women from the immigration department was extremely rude to immigrants. She also does not give costumers time to address the issues, she just likes to keep repeating her own words without asking costumers' concern. She also has a bitchy attitude. If you ask for her name then she will just hang up on you.
