I am so grateful that my husband retained Mr. Scardigno for a first time domestic violence arrest during this pandemic. My husband wasn't allowed to come back home or even see his children for 6 months. His court date was originally set for November but then the courthouse sent a letter indicating that the court date would be held at a future unknown date due to the courts being closed because of COVID-19. Furthermore, my husband lost his job due to the arrest which he didn't even realize would occur but Mr. Scardigno pointed this out during the initial call. He asked questions about our family and was very empathetic to our situation. Not only is Mr. Scardigno an experienced professional in his field, but he is also a caring, family man. He wasn't looking to just make money. He was truly concerned about our situation and even took off $500 from his initial fee which we are truly grateful for as well. He was able to have the charges dropped from a third degree assault to a disorderly conduct - which will allow my husband to get back to work. He was also able to remove the full order of protection to a limited order of protection which now allows my children to see their father and have him home.
