About two years ago my 22 yr brother got arrested for reckless DUI. This was very upsetting for my family and I specially because we have gone through with my father. We expected the worst and he was completely stress and depressed. I made a call to this number and no one answered and i didn't leave a voicemail BUT THANK YOU LUKE FOR CALLING BACK !!! my brother got arrested on a Sunday morning and Luke had him out before Lunch ! He explained everything step by step was kind and honest didn't sugar code anything ! His staff was always available by phone or email. They allowed us to make payment plans understanding our financial situation. He manage to take care of this whole situation and case sealed. My brother finished his orders by the court and now works in the hospital and this was definitely a value lesson for him. so THANK YOU LUKE AND STAFF ! You really can't go wrong with them !

I hardly leave reviews...this one is extremely warranted!! Attorney Scardigno is the absolute best!! He really went above and beyond to advocate for me on my court date!! It was my first time ever receiving a reckless driving citation, I had no clue how serious that was in the state of NY. Cops handing them out as if it wouldn't jeopardize people's livelihoods!! Give thanks for Mr. Scardigno!! He had the citation dismissed during my court appearance and I couldn't be more relieved knowing my record will remain clean!! I'd strongly recommend his services!!
