I had a really good experience with Mr. Arthur Rubin. When I went to his office back in August 2019, I was distraught and worried that my daughter’s father was trying to get joint custody of our daughter despite the fact that he doesn’t help at all financially with her, uses drugs around her, and rarely even calls to ask about her or try to see her. I came to Mr. Rubin with two goals: Sole Custody and a decent child support order. And that’s exactly what he delivered. Unfortunately, it did take a very long time because of the opposing side not showing up to court dates and not providing necessary documents which ultimately cost me money. I still think it was worth it in the end. I got exactly what was best for my daughter.
