I came home after serving 10 ten years for Robbery 1, Burglary, gun possession and a list of other charges. I went and sat down with this exceptional lawyer and I explained my dilemma and all the things that I was going through pre and post incarceration. Danielle listen to my situation and gave me back word for word my concerns she told me that I have grounds for appeal and she will look over my minutes of my case to develop a strategy. Danielle Muscatello worked on my appeals on a harassment violation that has led to my termination as a teacher for NYC public schools.
