We requested them for an application for my green card. Preet and her staff were very professional and reliable. Preet explained very clearly what documents we needed and what to do next. She contacted us whenever we went to the next step, even though it was a long process. We very appreciated her and the firm and would highly recommend them.

Just a great experience using this firm for a eviction. Great service and always kept me in the loop while I lived in Arizona with properties in NYC. They told me in straight term what to expect as the rules have changed and how to plan on what is next in the court process.

I first worked with Alex Shiryak 8 years ago when purchasing a co-op for the very first time. When it came time to sell it, I went right back because even 8 years later, I remembered how pleased I was with the service. It was so easy to reach Alex anytime and I cannot even express how grateful I was for his assistant Nancy! She would send me emails at midnight on a Sunday. She truly goes above and beyond. Real estate jargon is confusing and whether you're a buyer or seller, it's a stressful process. I totally trust these guys to handle any issues of mine on that front. 10/10 recommend!!
