We used Alex and his team twice now. We used them to purchase our apartment in 2017 and then again to sell in 2019. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. They helped us with all of our questions. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The buying of the apartment was smooth sailing, but when we were selling, our co-op made us jump through so many hoops that we thought the deal was going to fall through, but Alex and his team were extremely helpful in getting the sale to happen and took action when/where it needed to be taken. I would use them again and again. And Nancy on his team is one of my favorite people in the entire world. She is AMAZING to work with.

Me and My husband asked SBAGK for help with my green card application in 2018. Navigating the ins and outs of the immigration system can be a stressful endeavor, but Preet made the whole process seem remarkably smooth. She explained (and re-explained) each step, providing answers that both clarified and reassured. When the day came for our interview, Preet was right there with us and even came to DC the night before to ensure we were properly prepared (and calm). Working with Preet was like working with an old friend who is doing you a favor - happy to do it. We're extremely grateful and happy to recommend her and the whole company.

Alexander Shiryak, Nancy and the whole firm is just outstanding !!! I just had another difficult closing with him yesterday and he was spectacular. Managed and run whole 6 hour closing while having 6 other attorneys in the room. Many fear law offices, fees and all those things that come up dealing with law firms and legal advice. Make no mistake about it , this law firm is it. I have been getting legal advice in different areas for years with Alexander Shiryak and he is just amazing! If there was an option to do 6 stars I would give him that. He will be my attorney and my familys and friends attorney for as long as he practices law! Just couldnt be happier with an outcome, his work ethic and professionalism this law firm brings.
