I Was arrested for a misdemeanor charge and the DA added a felony of intent to distribute. I was panicking and terrified. Previous lawyer tried to scare me but the outcome was as promised. Both misdemeanor and felony charges were dismissed and a ACD was given! I can't be more grateful for a honest lawyer and person. Dayan did as he promised and was honest with me.

He is hands down the best attorney in NYC and arguably the entire country. I went to him with my back against the wall, I was indicted under felony identity theft and I will admit I was caught red handed, meaning that there technically was no room for negotiation. Because of the fact that I am a predicate felon the D.A. was not budging from an offer of a 1 to 3 year sentence. Mr. Dayan fought arduously and got my felony reduced to a misdemeanor. I can not thank him enough. He is well worth every penny.
