They were always available to answers all of our questions, and being this was our first home, we had many! The Scolnick team are highly professional, responsive and attentive to details. Marc represented me as my real estate closing attorney for two Queens co-op transactions - a sale and a purchase - and I can't say enough good things about him and his team. Both of the transactions came with some unexpected headaches, but Marc's office navigated all of them with total ease and professionalism. There are many closing attorneys out there whose sole focus is to close with minimal communication and effort since closings are billed at a flat rate. And then there are attorneys like Marc, who consistently go above and beyond to make sure you understand everything and feel like someone is advocating for you every step of the way. Also as an added bonus - unlike many closing attorneys, he is a confident and experienced real estate litigator. So he really knows how to navigate the complex web of NYC real estate as a whole. I am so thrilled to have found him and he will be the first person on my list for not only any future closings, but any real estate legal needs I have in the future.

Matrimonial Case with Chidren of the Marriage: In reading the other reviews, who knew that Marc and his team had such a well-diversified portfolio. Well, I knew some, but certainly not "the half." Marc Scolnick represented my case in a manner that demostrated he was not only well-versed in the area of Divorce and Family Law, but one might've thought this was his specialty! He has an eye for detail and was ready to rebut anything that didn't work in my interest. The team surpassed my expectation in the call of duty and took on a protective role in working out the financial details of my case. We were the last case heard in The Matrimonial Court in Nassau County the day they decided to shut down the courts of NYS due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In essence, we made history, even if the only page excerpt is to be taken from this post. But, Marc was a step ahead and ensured that we signed a temporary stipulation prior to the closure so that my children and I would not be without the additional support to be provided by their father. When the call went out informing NYS Attorneys that the courts would be in remote session, Marc immediately sprung into action, getting our case on the calendar again, soon thereafter. Marc and his team are readily accessible and responsive to expressed concerns. Had COVID-19 not gotten in the way, we would've likely settled in just a few short months. Granted, neither my ex-hudband or I had assets to divide which helped to expedite things, but the difficult personality of my former spouse was no less a challenge. Marc dealt with him professionally, reminding him of the law and consequence, thereof, when he was non-adherent and unresponsive to requests being made. I am not one to leave reviews however, this review is a must! I can not express how satisfied and happy I am with the service I received from this Law Office. Marc is one of THE BEST! Very attentive, and supportive. I am not very tech savvy but Marc literally was extremely patient with me and walked me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this law to office . I walked out of there with the biggest smile on my face.
